Welcome to Calendar Atlas (the "App"). Please read this User Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the App immediately.

1. Service Scope

  1. The App mainly provides calendar and holiday-related features, including but not limited to:
    • Offline holiday browsing for multiple countries/regions (e.g., JP, US, CN);
    • Date query, holiday search, statistics, and comparison views;
    • Personalized settings such as favorites, browsing history, default country, and date format.
  2. Some extended content may come from third-party public sources (e.g., encyclopedia summaries, images, or videos) and is for reference only. It does not constitute official advice or commitment.
  3. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features based on operational, compliance, or technical needs.

2. Account and Acceptable Use

  1. The App currently does not require a separate account registration to use core features.
  2. You may set your nickname, avatar, and other personalized content in the App, and you are responsible for such content.
  3. You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations and shall not engage in any activities including but not limited to:
    • Publishing or distributing illegal or non-compliant content;
    • Interfering with or disrupting normal operation of the App;
    • Reverse engineering, unauthorized packet capture, cracking, automated abuse, or other harmful technical activities;
    • Infringing any lawful rights of third parties through the App.
  4. If you violate this Agreement or applicable laws, we may restrict features, suspend or terminate services, and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

3. Permissions and Device Capabilities

  1. To support avatar setup, you may actively choose to use:
    • Camera (take a photo for avatar);
    • Photo library (select a photo for avatar).
  2. These permissions are requested only when you trigger related actions. Refusing permission will not affect core holiday browsing features.

4. Third-Party Content and External Services

  1. The App may integrate third-party public content services (e.g., images/videos or encyclopedia summaries) for enhanced display.
  2. Such content is for informational reference. Its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are the responsibility of the corresponding third-party source.
  3. If extended content becomes unavailable due to network conditions, third-party service fluctuations, rate limits, or force majeure, the App may silently degrade this part of the experience, which shall not be deemed a breach.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. The App and related interfaces, code, documents, and marks are owned by the developer or lawful rights holders.
  2. Without prior written permission, no person may copy, modify, distribute, lease, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App content, except as explicitly allowed by law.
  3. For avatars, nicknames, or other user-provided content, you must ensure you have lawful rights and that no third-party rights are infringed.

6. Disclaimer

  1. Holiday and extended content shown in the App is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by service interruption or display issues resulting from network failures, system faults, third-party service exceptions, or device compatibility problems.
  3. You are responsible for your own device, network, and communication costs incurred while using the App.

7. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

  1. We may adjust service content at any time for operational needs.
  2. We may suspend or terminate all or part of the services in the following situations:
    • You breach this Agreement;
    • Required by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities;
    • Force majeure or material technical/security risks.

8. Agreement Updates

  1. We may update this Agreement based on legal, policy, product, or operational changes.
  2. Updated terms become effective upon publication in the App or related pages.
  3. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
  2. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a claim with a court having jurisdiction at the developer's domicile.
